I am VERY curious here.
1st I would pronounce Eero as EE-row, not Arrow. We have decided on Arrow (normal spelling) for our girl. So just wondering if you're saying it with a certain accent or dialect.
2nd, Lilly is my mother's maiden name & Lilly used to be Lilja about 4 generations back I'm pretty sure. I do alot of genealogy work. I believe the Lilja was changed to Lilly just to be Americanized. Anyway, I have papers saying that Lilja is a French surname & that the correct pronunciation is Lil-yah. So I'm just curious how you get the Leel-ya. I'm also looking at Lilja for a middle name to honor my maternal heritage.
And to address your question, I think your first choices are pretty good.

In my personal experience, Eero really is pronounced "Arrow", not "EE-ro". It's my grandpa's name, so I'm getting a kick out of seeing it pop up on Nameberry.
His is spelled "Ero" with only 1 E though. I don't know if an alternative spelling was used to Americanize it a bit at the time, but it does keep people from pronouncing it "EE-ro".
