Her sister's name is Adeline June.
Maybe Elodie?
We had liked Isla, but I fear its to trendy.

Eloise Ann is lovely! I like Petula, but it's way too over the top for a real child. Elodie is beautiful too, but it's really too close to Adeline. Isla is pretty, but becoming popular. What about:

You also might consider Imogen, Eleanor, or Charlotte. All classic names that I think go great with Adeline.

I love Eloise! I agree with pp that it's hard to picture an actual child named Petula, even though it is pretty. Elodie is a little too close to the lovely Adeline. If you're not set on Eloise, I like the suggestion of Imogen. Also:
