My favourite from your list to match sibset would be Cypress... i think a flower/nature name would tie sibset perfectly!
    Crimson
Clover (over and over I think either of these would be divine with sibset!
    Juniper is a good suggestion!
    Aurora
    Azure/Azura nn zuzu
    Beatrix nn Bea
    Scarlett
    Lavender
    Lilac

Quincy Harlow appeals to me the most from your latest short list. (I don't see why Quincy can't switch to girls if Quinn and Sydney can. I really like how it fits in your overall sibset.)

But otherwise, I've liked Cadence from the beginning. Outside of Nameberry it's not really that common, certainly compared to Oliver. Cadence Harlow works.

My favorites are Iris, Winter, and Sky. Iris is a beautiful, underused flower name with a cool hidden meaning (rainbow!). Winter is very delicate, pretty, and evocative. Plus, it has some upbeat nicknames, such as Winnie and Wynn. Sky is fun, spunky, and beautiful, provoking an image of a little girl playing in the sunshine. I prefer the spelling Skye, but either of the spellings work great.
