    Jack??

    any ideas?
I understand that you love Mabel Blue for a second daughter, but I don't think Mabel captures the spunky, fun, feminine flavor of Poppy at all. I'd fear that Mabel would always feel like the "ugly duckling" in comparison to the lovely Poppy - this is just my opinion, though. I'd pair Poppy with something equally as fun, such as Hazel, Fiona, Matilda, Leda, Sadie, Regina, Eloise, or Genevieve. I honestly love the combination of Fiona Blue!

For a boy, I don't think Jonah is the right style to match Poppy, and Jack seems to plain. I think, if you want a J name, you might like Julian, Jasper, Jensen, Jagger, or Jameson. If not a J name, you may like Alden, Barrett, Edsel, Ferris, Gus (or Augustine, Augustus), Herschel, Landon, Maxwell, Oscar, Percy, Russell, Sebastian, Theodore, or Wyatt...

    Re: sibling name with Poppy

I love Poppy! :-) With Poppy, I picture another name with a vintage (or even slightly offbeat, in a good way) feel:

    Archibald (Archie)
    Arthur
    Arlo
    Dashiell
    Dexter
    Everett
    Felix
    Finnian/Finn
    Hugo
    Jasper
    Leo
    Lionel (nn Leo)
    Maxwell
    Milo
    Miles
    Theodore/Theo
    Truman
    Victor
    Vincent

Surnames (with a vintage feel to me) that I can see with Poppy:

    Bennett
    Baxter
    Conrad
    Everett
    Finnegan
    Franklin
    Harrison
    Miles
    Maxfield
    Reed (nature name theme, though)
    Truman
    Wilson
    Winston
    Winslow

Good luck (and sorry for repeats)! :-)

thanks for all the suggestions!! forgot to mention the MN is Klos.

    i love

    Theo
    Archer (nn Archie)
    Felix
    Charlie

now its just getting DH to agree ;)

i love Mabel Jane! I had actually thought of that for the literary connection to Jane Austen.

What about Mabel Amelia? In keeping with the classic "A" MN like Anne?
