    We named our first son James and LOVE it! Goes by James, too. No nn's. Thought this name would be more popular than it is, but we rarely run into other James's. My husband's name is John, I also really like the name Jack but would probably never use it b/c way too many J's then! :)

    John: I think it's very handsome...
    Joseph (Our daughter is Joanna, or Jojo for short): With a Joanna (I love that name), I think that Joseph would be too much Joe...
    Nate: I love it as a nickname for Nathaniel or Nathan...
    Abe: I love it as a nickname for Abraham...
    Samuel (the top of our list right now): I think it's a great name...
    James: I love this, too!
    Frank: I like Frank...
