I just wanted to second the name Athan.

I met an Athan years ago and fell in love with name. I'm sure it was a nickname for Athanasios, but I love Athan all on its own. I've found definitions elsewhere that say the name means eternal life.

Carwyn - A welsh boys name that means "blessed love" from Welsh caru "love" and gwyn "white, fair, blessed".
Estlin - The second 'E' in EE Cummings

I have a few others- but I'm keeping those to myself. I think people will really like those names though- they're gorgeous!

I was hoping to see the category "Muslim names." My husband is a Muslim from Bangladesh and a number of years ago we were searching for Muslim middle names for our sons that we both liked (their first names are Biblical names that are commonly used by both Muslims and Christians).

Finally we came up with the following two names and settled upon them: "Razak" and "Khitab."
