    Although I feel like I've heard the "Cloudia" pronunciation somewhere (maybe on TV?), I would also have to agree with the other posters and pronounce it as "Claw-dee-ah". (I'm in northeastern US). Hope that helps!

    It would be pronounced Cloudia in Spanish (and maybe French?) but like pps, I just say Claw-dee-ah (with the emphasis on the first syllable like ciottolo said.)

    I pronounce it "Claw-dee-ah" as well. I'm from the midwestern US.
