Baby #1 - It's a Boy!
I'm a long time lurker, but I wanted to announce the birth of our son Holden Christopher. He was born a little more than two months ago weighing 6 lbs 4 oz. Similarly to http://nameberry.com/nametalk/thread...3-Holden-Louis, Holden was named after the protagonist in Catcher in the Rye. DH is a big fan of the book and he sneakily started calling our baby Holden during the last few months of my pregnancy. It worked - when I met our little guy no other name fit. Good thing I love it!
Christopher is my uncle's name. He is mentally handicapped and will never have children of his own. We thought it would be great to pass on his name. He was super excited when he found out.
