We like Guinevere a lot. Gwen is always cute and solid. Perfect with any of your middles :-)

I'm not sure what your general style is, but here are my favourite Italian, Irish and Welsh names that I don't think have been mentioned:

    Italian
Vittoria (this can be shortened to "Toria")
    Allegra
    Chiara
    Rosa
    Lia

    Irish
    Aoife
    Maeve
    Orla
    Caoimhe (pronounced as "kee-va")

    Welsh
Megan (this can be shortened to "Meg")
    Anwen
Carys (this can be shortened to "Carrie")
Dafina (this can be shortened to "Fina")
    Teenberry, amateur photographer & royalist

Adelina Joy + Magdalena Élisabeth + Edith Matilda + Helena Margot + Ophelia Maeve + Anneliese Charlotte
Girls list, Boys List & Name Blog
Leo Xavier + Alexander George + Isaac Peregrine + Harry Lysander + Jasper Ellis Theodore
I pronounce the ending of Peregrine as "green" and not "grin"
    Crushes
    Arietta + Elisa + Marceline + Paolo

    GP Crushes
    Brontë + Alphonsine + Zephyra + Florent + Pasco

My favorite Welsh names are Arwen, Ffion, Nia, Eleri, Elowen, Nerys, Arianwen and Morwenna, and some Irish ideas are Aoife, Niamh, Maeve, Caoimhe, Saoirse, Sinéad, Aisling, Ailbhe, Moira? And Italian(ish) names... Viviana, Violetta, Aurora, Ariella, Rosabella, Felicia, Annabella, Valentina... or my name, Valeria.
And here's a whole lot of other, quite random, names from a list I had somewhere. No idea if you like them, but here they are: Aitana, Alaura, Alba, Alina, Amaya, Amelie, Arabella, Arava, Ariadne, Artemis, Asha, Aster, Atara, Avalon, Ayla, Belle, Camilla, Cassandra, Cataleya, Cecilia, Celine, Celeste, Chiara, Coraline, Elena, Eliane, Elodie, Eloise, Emilia, Emmeline, Fae, Fairuza, Fauve, Fern, Fia, Flavia, Fleur, Flora, Florence, Freya, Ianthe, Iduna, Iliana, Irina, Isadora, Isaline, Isla, Juliette, Laia, Lara, Levina, Lilia, Lilibeth, Linnea, Livia, Louisa, Luana, Luella, Luna, Lyra, Maelie, Maia, Malin, Matilda, Meara, Melora, Nadia, Nahla, Naomi, Nerea, Nessa, Nina, Noemi, Nyssa, Oceane, Oriana, Rosalind, Saga, Selene, Shira, Thalia, Vala, Viola, Willow, Wren?
