I seeen that someone on here had a baby named Catherine Rose. And I have Harriet Catherine as a name. Im starting to really like Catherine as a first name. What are your thoughts on Catherine?

Catherine is on my list as Katherine and Kathryn, I think it's lovely. Classic but not over used, and, an abundance of nicknames if she does happen to be in school with another. I like Kitty too, but not quite brave enough to use it as a standalone, so I have it as a nickname for Katherine (which was already on my list).

It isn't for me; it's just been done too many times. To me it's a middle. But hey, to each their own.

I'm really starting to love Catherine/Katherine as well! I can't decide which spelling I prefer. The classic in me prefers Catherine, but I love me some Vampire Diaries and that swayed me towards Katherine. I'm thinking I like the nickname Cat or Cate...What are your thoughts?

I defintely prefer Catherine. But dont like the nicknames. Maybe Therine? Or no nickname for me.
