I like it with Elise.
How about a different take on Elizabeth, such as Holiday Elspeth or Holiday Lisette?
Holiday Dolores (hopefully no one would think to call her Holly Dolly)
(I know you want to avoid middles starting with L, but I think these work great.)

I don't really think Holiday Elise flows that well, actually. I love Elise, but when you say Holiday Elise, you kind of have to pause in the middle and I think it sounds awkward. I really like Kate and Claire. They're short and sweet and sound lovely next to Holiday (which I LOVE by the way). What about...
Holiday Jane (unless the "ay" sound is too repetitive?)
Holiday Anne (or Annabelle -- Holly Belle, Holly Anne)
...could all use Holly Kate
Holiday Mirabelle -- Holly Belle, Holly Mae (too much of a stretch?)
Holiday Beatrice -- Holly Bee
Holiday Dorothy -- Holly Dot, Holly Dee
... also sound nice.
I'll add more as I think of some!
