I would definitely steer clear of it. I would go with Rohan

Stick to Sam and Rohan, which are very handsome. Aryan just brings visions of Nazis.

Definitely don't, unless you want to be perceived as a neo-Nazi.
If you do want to use it, I'd suggest the Arjen spelling, which might distance it from the Nazi connotation, but I still strongly advise against it.

It's way too connected to the Aryan Nations. What about Orion? It has a similar pronunciation, but doesn't have the negative connections.
Considering Beatrix Illyria or Beatrice Illyria...

Edmund Leander | Peter Orion| Alaric Casimir
Aleksander Perseus/Perseus Aleksander | Sebastian Rhys | Silas Theodore
Caspar Frédéric| Gideon Arthur | James Nikodem

Luna Elisabet Fleur | Isabel Marian Eve | Helen Rosalind
Lydia Primrose | Charlotte Amara | Freyja Hermione Jade
Gemma Viviane Lois | Beatrix Lyra | Lilith Seraphine
Adalind Fox | Katarina Ivy | Maren Annika Lux | Sage | Daisy

I like Arjen, but people will ask how to pronounce it. I like Rohan best, it is unusual, but people will figure out how to pronounce it.
