    What spellings are best..?

    Curious what spellings you all thing are the best 'looking' shall we say !

    Depends on how you pronounce the names. The spellings below are the most legitimate and less complicated.

    1 Thalia (Greek)- thay-lee-uh

    2 Talia (Hebrew) - tah-lee-uh

    I agree with mischa. My personal favourite is Thalia, mainly because of the brilliant mythological connections.

    I personally prefer Tahlia, because when I see Talia I want to pronounce it TA-lee-uh (ta as in tax), but when I see Tahlia I want to pronounce it TAH-lee-uh (tah as in tar), which sounds much nicer to me.

    All the other spellings hurt my eyes.

    Thalia is another name entirely.

    Like others have said, it depends on way you wish to pronounce it - the ones I like are Talia and Thalia.
