    Short, Pretty, and Vintage

Lately I've noticed that so many of the short, vintage girls names that I love all seem a little too "hard". Names like Maude, Edith, Frances, Agnes, and Olive for example. All of the names that sound more feminine and more romantic to me seem to be longer (Cecilia, Cordelia, Viola, Beatrice, Penelope).

So, what do you think are some vintage names that are short (no more than 2 syllables), but also pretty and romantic as well?
