    Flights of Fancy

    I've spent some time thinking of fanciful, whimsical names to use in stories at some point. Anyone have any? (Puns are fine.)
    Here are some of mine:
    Fleur de Lys (or de Lis)
    Melancholy _____ (nn Mellie. I got it from an Edgar Allan Poe quote I came upon, I fell in love with Melancholy)
    I know I have some more somewhere but I can't remember where... I'l have to update this eventually.
    Credo.
    Had I the heavens’ embroidered cloths,
    Enwrought with the golden and silver light,
    the blue and the dim and the dark cloths
    Of night and the half light,
    I would spread the cloths under your feet;
    but I being poor, have only my dreams;
    I have spread my dreams under your feet;
    Tread softly because you tread on my dreams.

    He Wishes for the Cloths of Heaven

    Ooh, nice! I just remembered another of mine. Rosie McCann, from the Irish song Star of the County Down. (Though I don't know if many people will get it.)
