    A name to go with...

My husband and I are proud parents to a two year old son. We named him Hamza. My husband is of Indian descent with a muslim background, so we're looking for Arabic boy names to go with Hamza. Any ideas?

I am not the most qualified, but I'll give it a go I really like Malik and Zaki. I had a friend by the name Zaki. Both have strong meaning and I feel both pair well with your little one. Best of luck!

    Thanks for your list!
We want a name that sounds good in Arabic but that isn't too complicate, since our children are half Belgian and half Indian.

I really like Mehdi or Mahdi, but my husband isn't convinced.
Other names on our list that we kind of agree on are: Irfan, Faris, Haroun, Adil, Asim, Samad and Zakaria.

I dont feel qualified to answer this but ill try

From your list I really like Zakaria, its a good all rounder, although being the most anglicised from your list it may cause spelling issues with people naturally defaulting to Zachariah. But I still love it, its very wearable and familiar, and Zak is such a cute nn.

I also really like Faris and Samad. The others are very certainly wearable too. The only one I don't like is Haroun, probably partly because I don't instinctively know how to pronounce it and also because it shares the same initial with your other son.
