    Thoughts on the name...

Aetolia ~NN Aeto or Lia (place name, a region in Greece)

    alt spelling:

Attolia (character name from a book set loosely in Greece, likely based on Aetolia)

Kind of harsh and heavy, especially with the Attolia spelling, maybe reminds me of Attila. I like the look of Ae in names, but it works in few actual names, maybe Laetitia?

I don't know; it intrigues me, but lately I've been really, really loving Anatalia (particularly because my sister is Natalie, and it seems like a lovely blend of Anna/Ana, Talia, and Natalie). I'm not even sure how Anatalia should be said (ah-nah-TAL-yah? ah-nah-tah-LEE-ah?), but I think it's really gorgeous and extravagant.

They're both interesting to me, I've never heard them before. I think I slightly prefer Attolia.
