Wow, and I thought America had problems with made up names! I've only met one person with a double first name and that was Mary Jane. I didn't know it was so popular elsewhere.

    I like:
    Haris
    Finley-Ford
    Marcel
    Carter-John
    Roselyn Pearl
    Bailie-May
    Darci
    Sienna-Lea
    Devon
    Ayanna
    Brooklyn-Jade

Can't stand the rest! I'm not much of a double names person. Seems too long to me.

Miss Lila Romilly or Maeve Tallulah or Moira Seraphine or Sadie Caroline or Iris Magdelen
Mister Carter Jameson or Jasper Elias or Leo Xavier or Archer Murray or Torin Matthias

    I like...

    Marcel and Ruth-Ann

The rest are pretty horrid. I wonder sometimes on the motivation of parents who name their son Maximus-Hunter. Do they want to scare people or just knock us over the head with machismo?
    All the best,

I don't mean to sound like a snob, but I think many of these names reflect the unclassy (for want of a better word) nature of people who enter their kids into baby contests.

Don't understand the amount of double-barreled names. Most of the names themselves are fine, for example Skye and Brooke are lovely, but Skye-Brooke radiates 'low class' to me. Then other double-barreled names just don't flow at all imo (Max-Danny, Mason-Robert for example.) That said, I do like Roselyn Pearl and Lennox.

Ouch. Yep, that was painful to read. One of my pet hates is double-barrelled names. The other would be trendee/soulless/kre8tiv names. But I like a challenge! So...

Best: Marcel (normally yuk, but decent ones like Lucas and Finley and Max are all hyphen-hated) and Aleera or Aanya (in the hope that these are recognised in other languages).

Worst: Kylan-Lance and KC-Jane (but this was really tough!)

    Caspar - Edmund - Ebbe - Fred - Oskar
