Badger is a tough name, although not without some appeal. It's really manly to me so I think only in the middle.

I definitely would not use Badger for a child. The sound of the name isn't appealing, at least to me, but more importantly, as a word and not an animal, it means to bother someone. Not a great meaning.

I will give you my top 4 picks from your list.
1 Evangeline - this name has always been a favorite of mine, it's very beautiful and has nn options if you would like.
2 Rosemary - I love this vintage name, very pretty.
3 Genevieve - beautiful.
4 Agnes - lately this name has been growing on me. I think it's really got something special.

Theodora (nn Thea or Teddy) - This is nice enough. It's NMS, but it's a solid name.

Vesper - Could make a good middle name.
Delphine - A name crush of mine. I like it.
