I love Heloise - despite the, ahem, unfortunate event with her uncle's treatment of Abelard***, she was amazing, brilliant, and ultimately became a powerful abbess, writer, scholar, and physician, I believe. The letters of Heloise and Abelard are a great read.

***Brief summary: she was unusually well-educated and brilliant. He was her tutor, they fell in love and secretly married. Her uncle had him castrated and they both ended up in the church.

I'm not much of a Sophie fan but love the combo. I much prefer Heloise over Eloise.

I'm personally not a fan of the name Heloise but I think that the combo Sophie Heloise is really cute and sounds lovely together.

I think its kind of boring, honestly. And everyone is going to assume Heloise is spelled Eloise.
