Unfortunately, those names all sound like river names. The River Hope, The River Virtue, etc. River Lily sounds like a type of lily.
I was going to suggest Anne. It should be something beautiful, soft and feminine, like you said...since River is a unisex name...
Anastasia, Annabel(le), Annika
Susanna, Susanne, Shoshana (a name that means lily)
Nadia (a name that means hope)
Catherine/Katherine (it just sounds nice)

I would stay away from word names following River. I think it sounds tacky, same as location names. River Lily sounds like a type of flower. River Hope sounds like a river. I would give her a name name just in case she someday decides she doesn't want to be called River, give her something totally different to pick.
