I instantly thought of Astoria. It's kinda got the same vibe as Azalea, still a flower name, and has the nickname Story, which your husband may like since he's got Fable and Poet on his list. Other suggestions based on Azalea and both of your lists...

    Alma
    Apple
    Artemis/Artemisia
    Azula
    Belinda
    Calypso
    Cleo/Cleora/Clio
    Demetria
    Hebe
    Hestia
    Idony
    Ismay/Ismene
    Lilith
Madison (if you're worried about other Madisons/Maddies, you could nickname her Sonny)
    Melody
    Muse
    Niamh
    Pomona
    Rhiannon
    Ryann
    Suri
    Thalia
    Urania
    Ursula/Ursuline

I like Astoria (though I don't like Story as a name/nickname), Cleo, Lilith, and I like Niamh but I don't see it going over well where we live

    breagh just rhymes with leah.
It's a gaelic name and popular in Nova Scotia. Also can be spelled Bhreagh.

He wasn't too far off! He'd been saying "Bree"

It's definitely not well known where we live (we live in the States)!

    Maybe instead of Azalea

Everly, Aviana, Evelyn, Zahara, Jovian or Jovie, Elysia, Elora

Instead of Umbrielle maybe Aubrielle or Abrielle
