    I like both, I prefer Roman though. It feels like a strong and sturdy name to me.

    I prefer Roman - it's strong and manly but also romantic and arty at the same time with the Rome connotations. It's got a lot of history but has a contemporary feel to it also. And it's unusual, as is Lorenzo, but Roman has the edge in my opinion.

    I think both are great names, but I have a preference for Roman.
