    @southern.maple - Thank you. I love Britishbabynames.com. I consulted all of Elea's inspiring vintages names lists, including those you mentioned. It's quite challenging to find truly cantankerous names .

    Any more names lists I should check out (anyone)?

    Name lists I'm not sure about, but here are some names:
    Fergus
    Aurelius
    Egbert
    Harvey
    Mortimer
    Eustace or Clarence (I put them together because of the C.S. Lewis character, but you should probably consider them separately).
    Just a sampling of the names I like...Poppy, Flossie, Lumina, Sapphire, Tangerine, Liliana, Joelle, Talia, Michaela "Kayla", Deirdre
