Italian-Lite Boy name needed for #3

Hello Berries. I return again to this lovely site and your miraculous insight and wisdom because babe #3, if it is a boy, needs a name. Girls names, I got that. Boys names, eek!

My two little ones are Scarlett and Nico (a boy). Yes, I consulted the berries for both of these names. Thank you.

So, we are italian, last name beginning in C ending in I. Husband favors the Italian names or as Pam would say, Italian lite. I don't really have a preference since Scarlett is not Italian at all.

Here are some that we have considered to give you an idea of our direction but I am not really "in love" with any and need other ideas:

    Enzo
    Leo
    Beau
Cruz (sounds weird with our last name though - too many C's)
    Griffin (nn Griff)
    Reece (husband doesn't like)

Thank you in advance for your help!

I love Enzo! These have a general romantic-European flair but are entirely recognizable and could probably 'pass for Italian' to a non-Name Nerd, if they aren't already...

I say Roman. Think Rome, Italy. It's on trend with the two syllable, ends in -an/-en sound. It has an Italian vibe but it's not in your face and it sounds great along Scarlett and Nico. It's such a strong and handsome name!
