    It would make a cute nickname for Jeanette, Linette, or Nanette. I wouldn't use it by itself though.

    A netty is a toilet in 1940s British slang... I think it's still used.

    I'd avoid it (although Henrietta nn Nettie would be sort of cute). I think Nellie and Lettie are gorgeous though.
