Callie is a standalone name choice for me, it doesn't make sense to shorten Clementine up to Callie either, the letters aren't all there, and the sounds definitely aren't. It's too much of a stretch to me. Calla is a lovely alternative though, as southern.maple suggested :-) I know a Calla who is about 13 now, and that's what her name was always shortened to. Another NN idea for Clementine (one that I would use if I chose Clementine), is Emmie.haley/happy birthday to me/officially nineteen.
