Instead of Jayden and Aubrey...
Just for fun, I did a redo of the US top 25. I selected alternative names that were outside the US top 50 and were similar either in sound or style. For example:
Michael → Micah
Alexander → Evander
Aiden → Eamon
Anthony → Vincent
Benjamin → Benedict
Isabella → Isadora
Olivia → Octavia
Natalie → Nadia
Sofia → Louisa
Amelia → Cecilia
I was able to come up with an alternative for every name except Jayden and Aubrey, and I'm very iffy on my alternative for Avery. For Jayden I originally came up with Jameson, but it doesn't seem any less trendy to me. And Audrey is the most obvious alternative for Aubrey, but Audrey is in the top 50.
As for Avery, I'm going back and forth between the unisex Haven and the less ambiguous Verity. Do you think either of them works? And any ideas to replace Jayden and Aubrey?
