I've made up for various characters:

Delianna (dell-ee-ann-ah)- an elaboration of Delia
Louisabella- to honour the character's brother Lou and sister Isabella
Aniara (ann-ee-air-ah)- an elaboration of Anne/Anna

Anyone think those would be usable?

I remember combined Tristan & Isolde into Trisolde one day but I dont think i'am going to ever use it lol.

A made up name that once I was convinced I was going to use it , it was Renesmee . Similar names that I have combined are :
    Romnesmae
    Reneysmae
    Remesmae etc.

But I think i'am pretty terrible on combine names :-P

Fiara & Aarus are sound lovely. Especially Fiara which reminds me of Fianna.

@Azalea : Louisabella is definitely usable & I actually like it. Delianna is also cool but reminds me of Dealiana lol.

I met a mother who used the made up name Iyom (eye YOHM) for her son, inspired by the word Shalom.

When my sister and I would play games as kids, my character was always named Zurahana. I still have a soft spot for that name, but doubt I'd ever use it!
