Since we are having twins should we give them individual names or "matchy" names. I'm so unfamiliar with twins lol
As an identical twin, I beg you not to use "matchy" names, instead they should be treated as individuals for naming purposes (and all other purposes too).

It can be hard enough to get people to see you as an individual, when you're a twin, without the whole matching name thing.

I do think twin names should always work together, so be a similar style for example, and that's the case for me and my twin as we're Elizabeth and Margaret (both classics).

Twin names can be "matched" in other ways, without calling them Kelly and Shelley, or Madison and Addison, for example you can use names with the same meanings, or even opposite meanings.

Make sure you love both names. Settling for a name because it sounds good with another name is not going to make you happy in the long run.

Here are some suggested names, combine as you like.

    Orla
    Maura
    Tierney
    Deirdre
    Bethia
    Newlyn
