    Aura can be pronounce Or-uh or Ar-uh. I like Aura with your sibest. How about Ember, Everly, Ever, or Iris, or maybe Faye, Mae, or Maisie (pronounced May-Z)?

    Aura sounds like Ora which is pronounced as ore-ah two syllables
