Atticus Burton Taylor sounds great, and so does Wyatt Burton Taylor. Any of your first names that end in "n" don't flow well with the middle name Burton. My suggestions:
    Eli Burton Taylor
    Jonas Burton Taylor
    Samuel Burton Taylor
    Grey Burton Taylor
    Ezra Burton Taylor
    Max Burton Taylor
    Silas Burton Taylor

I like these names in this order:

    Atticus Burton Taylor
    Jacoby Burton Taylor
    Henry Burton Taylor
    William Burton Taylor

I wouldn't use Jackson, Flynn, Owen, Holden because they end in the same 'en' sound as Burton. Similary I would eliminate Wyatt and Jett as in Jett Taylor and Wyatt Taylor the first and last names run into each other with the 't' sound. Also I just don't like Mandrake as a name.

I think Atticus works best. If it has two syllables, I think it will look and sound choppy. If all three names have two syllables, it won't sound as balanced.
I think Atticus or William are best.

With a pretty common surname like Taylor, I think Atticus would be a great choice. Here are some other suggestions.

    Cassius
    Aurelius
    Julius
    Rufus
    Marcellus
    Marcus
    Darius
    Giles
    Matthias
    Felix
    Elias
    All the best,
    Mischa.
