    I think Nicole is much more of an 80s name than 90s name, but I suppose it depends a lot on where you live.

    I heartily agree on Brittany and Jessica -- very 90s!

    I would like to add Kelsey and all of its spellings. Also, this seems to be the decade of all the Katelynns, Katelyns, Caitlins, etc.

    A few more that came to mind:

    1. Jordan for a boy -- it was still a boys' name in the 90s!

    2. Gavin -- I know several boys named Gavin who were born in the 90s. I think their mothers all had crushes on Gavin Rossdale.
