    Anthony or Dominic?

I also posted this on the baby boy names forum but mostly got feedback on middle name choice (which I appreciate on its own but looking for general preference on our top two first names!) I appreciate the help. Any suggestions on other names that would flow well with an Italian last name ending in O?

    Anthony
    Dominic

I love Dominic, but both are nice names. I agree with pp that Dom and Nico are great nickname options!

I prefer Dominic. While Anthony is a fine name, my favourite version of the name is Anton so Anthony pales in comparison. Next to Dominic, Anthony sounds kind of bland. I also prefer Nico to Tony for a nn.
    All the best,
    Mischa.

I'd go with Dominic. I think it'd sound better with an Italian surname that ends with O.

    Other suggestions:

    Damian
    Nicholas
    Sebastian
    Theodore
    Gabriel
    Benedict
    Adrian
    Fabian
