I put the names you asked about in categories of how I see them.
Artemis - Artemas/Artemus are the masculine versions. Though I would probably still use Artemis for a boy named after Artemis Fowl (I just adore the books).
Elliott - though I would also use this on a girl (probably because I went to school with one when I was younger)
Rowan - mostly unisex but with very masculine leanings
Um.... neither? (These are word names I don’t really like for either gender - maybe a pet).

DH doesn't want to discuss names until

Kieran - boy
Rory - either, as a boy I like it as a full name, but as a nickname for a girl
Carson - boy
Rowan - either
Elliott - boy
River - either
Charlie - boy
Story - either
Artemis - girl
Maddox - boy
Navy - neither
Jameson - boy
Avery - girl (but I love it as a boy's name. I think most people would assume girl though)
Collins - neither
