    Names to Honor Family Members?

I'm conflicted with using names to honor family members. I love the idea of it, but I don't want to use the same name. So I was thinking of using some similar names instead. If anyone has any nicknames or ideas that honor the names, please share them with me! Thank you!

    Francisco
    Maria
    Victoria
    John
    Dolores
    Travis
    Maynard

Some people do similar names, or initials. I use the middle name spot for an honor name

Francisco - Frances, Francis, Francesca, Francine, Frankie, Francoise
Maria - Mary, Margaret, Marie, Marina, Mare/Maire
Victoria - Love this one. I can't think of any truly similar names except Victor, though.
John - Juan, Joanna, Gianna, Giovanni, any foreign variation of John
Dolores - Stuck on this one. Lorelei? Lorraine?
    Travis - No ideas here.
    Maynard - May, Maeve

I would use Lola for Dolores. You could probably get away with Lora too. Travis is a variation of Travers...

I would swap the genders so it would make more sense to not use the same name.

Use Frances for a girl to honor Francisco.
    Victor for a boy.
    May for a girl, etc...

Do they have last names you could also use as opposed to the first names?
