A twist on the unisex trend--brainstorm!

I'm looking for girls' names that have boy-ish nicknames, or boy names that are more girl-ish. For example,

    Girls:
    Alexandra "Alex"
    Josephine "Jo"
    Charlotte "Charlie"

    Boys:
    Morgan
    Kelly

I know there are many boys' names that have "gone to the girls" (Kelly, Shannon, etc.) that may be ready to be reclaimed, and I'm interested in hearing those. I'm also interested in finding any boys names that are solidly boy, but can be shortened to a more girly nickname, or any variation on this theme. I think this is more of a challenge than the girls!

I'm pretty sure NB lists Penrose as a male name - would that count?
