Cosmo, Leo and Juliet would be wonderful together. I would use Cosmo myself.

I love, love, love Rafael, Bastien & Kipling! Cosmo makes me think of Kramer/Seinfeld. Perhaps Etienne? It's very French, but familiar and easy to pronounce.

Cosmo could be great middle name. Don't like Kipling, but it's OK.

Cosmo wins for me I think it guts really well with Leo and Juliet, I love it with them!
Raphael and Bastien both make stylish choices too.
But Kipling just feels way out of place for me...

Cosmo sounds like a word not a name to me, it would be my last choice of all the choices so far.
