This might not be your style but I also think Harper and Holliday (nn Holly) is gorgeous.

Have you considered hyphenating them? Ava-Sophia and Emma-Grace or Ava-Valentina and Emma-Marienne, or whatever you like. That way they get more distinctive first names, and you get to use more names that you like.
