    Getting Closer for #3!

Baby is in the squirmy stage and it's got me obsessing more than usual, which is a little hard to take at times.

Lately have been completely smitten with Apolline! But am I correct in pronouncing it like Abilene, only with a P? If it's uh-POLL-een I don't like it as much.
Paloma has still got me a bit too.
Also still feeling Nova! but it needs a longer middle for balance. Something trailing ribbons, but not lacy pink ribbons...

Linden is still top of the boy list, the rest of the list is disjointed and unremarkable. Kinda feeling Malcolm... Having trouble filling the boys in...

Any fresh new suggestions? Y'all were great suggesters earlier! I'm still waiting for the right boy name, especially, to hit me between the eyes this go round.

    Sibs are Sylvan and Cosima.
"rules" are no S or C names, no top 100-ish, no Biblical names (someone earlier suggested Pascal should be ruled out based on this - DH has since vetoed Pascal so it's moot, but what I mean here is not that names can't have religious/spiritual overtones, just that they not be found in the Bible itself.)

I have a Paloma and had Cosima and nova on our list of names. I like Appoline but I like Aveline better which is why I used it as my older daughters middle name! We get so many compliments on Paloma and have met enough Paloma's to make the name recognizable. I love Malcolm on your boys list. I will give u some names of my list

merylp, we have such similar taste! Arrow is on my boy list too!
Dahlia was with the girls at one point but got bumped, can't remember why - and Azalea and Poppy would be there still if we didn't already have friends by those names.

Jem, thank you too! DH asked about Phaedra the other day and it struck me as too weird, but somehow I like it better today. Will put it back on there. Wren has been in the middle spot too. Lysander is intriguing, hadn't considered it before...
