    Name for a Greek character?

I want a cute and modern Greek name..

    She's about 16 or 17 years old.
Dark brown hair, olive skin, and brown eyes.
She's really shy, but when she's around friends and family she's hilarious.
    Somewhat of a tomboy..
    Shortish..around 5'3
    First generation American..

Also if you know of any Greek surnames..thanks.

I like Phoebe, Ariadne, Persephone, but the last two are a bit 'overly Greek' and are already very noted Greek characters, so Phoebe would be the best choice of those three I think.

All these are Greek names that are easy to pronounce and could be used on a modern girl. If you want any older/ancient/ or mythological names, I can give you those too.

    Aglaia -- ah-glie-ah
    Alexandra
    Anastasia
    Chara -- cahr-ah
    Demetria
Eleni -- eh-len-ee in Greek because it's a short form of Helen
    Katina
    Olympia
    Selene
    Theodora
    Vasiliki
    Xanthe
    Xenia
    Zenobia
    Zoe

    Here's some Greek surnames:

    Floros
    Katsaros
    Marinos
    Metaxas
    Spiros
    Melas
    Dimas
    Zorbas
    Kanellis
    Koteas
    Georgeas
    Devetzi

I tried to avoid the longer ones like Papadopoulos or Xanthopoulos...
