My friend is an Anastasia who goes exclusively by Star, but then her name is pronounced an-ah-STAH-see-ah, so it's not really that much of a stretch...
My friend Jonathan goes exclusively by Joffy - not really sure where that one came from. I really like it though!
I know a Giovanna who goes by Gianna, and a Mhairianne who is known only as Mez. I much prefer Mhairianne, or Mhairi.I'm 19 with a furbaby named Frederick

At school, there was a girl called Alice. She mostly went by Al or Ally, but one teacher called her Molly just because she looked like a Molly!
For boys, I like Alec for Alastair, Kit for Atticus or Beckett, Joss for Joseph, Noddy for Neville, and Bass for Sebastian. For girls, I like Andie for Alexandria, Jude for Juliet and Plum for Victoria.

I have an unconventional nickname. It is completely unconnected to my name but fits my personality so it is OK.
