Inspired by a couple other berries' posts...

    For girls:
Piper (which I hate, but hey, it works)
    Penelope
    Patricia
I know it's a stretch, but maybe Margaret (from Margaret to Peggy to Pippa)
    Peridot (It's a birthstone)

    For boys:
    Patrick
    Percival
    Peregrine
    Peter, maybe.

Pretty much anything starting with P.

I think any P name starting with PI could work. I'm one of those that likes nicknames to be more obvious than Percival nn Pip as there's nothing in Percival that makes Pip.

    Girls:

    Piper
    Papina
    Philippina
Pimpinela -- though I wouldn't advise this one,
    Pompilia
    Proserpina
Penelope -- I see it on here all the time

    Boys:

Peregrin/e -- this one was giving the name Pippin in LOTR so it works
    Epiphineo
    Pippino
    Philip
    Euprepio
    Pepillo
    Pepin
