I can sympathize! We're expecting our second boy and the name conversations are so stressful. I'd agree with other commenters that you shouldn't worry overly much about a matching sibset. I think as long as they aren't completely on different planets in terms of style, you'll be fine. I also like Sebastian and William (we're considering William for ours!). Xavier and Sebastian is awesome together.
I think a one syllable name is fine. Especially if they go together stylistically there's no reason to feel that you have to match the number of syllables. Xavier and Nash are a great set.
Do you like any of the other Wil names? Wilford, Willard, Willem, Willis, Wilton, etc.
