    I would probably go with Asa, but I love both. I would worry that outside of Ireland people would try to pronounce Cian with a soft C, like see-an or the color cyan.

    Asa without a doubt. They're both strong names indeed, but Asa is just so special to me. It's one of my own all time favourite names. It's so short and yet so big. I can't even begin to explain my love for it, lol. To me, Cian is a much harder name than Asa. Asa is sweetness, bravery, golden honey, leaves and forests.

    To me, Asa has a quiet strength that I really like.
