    Now that Brook/Brooke feels dated for a girl, I think now is the perfect time to claim the rugged Brook for a boy. I also really like Brooks. They both have a very western/cowboy feel on a boy.

    Brooke is very dated which is why Brooks has be able to rise for boys. I know a little Brooks and his peers often just call him Brook

    I prefer Brook but Brooks is nice too. Brooks is more manly cowboy while Brook is naturey and laid-back, like a calming brook

    Although I think Brooke is all girl, along with the variation Brook... I absolutely adore the more masculine sounding Brooks. It's on my shortlist!!

    I feel Brooke are Brook are feminine, while Brooks is masculine.
