    Blaze is my son's middle name from a previous relationship. Maybe I can convince him of Harkness or Boe, although Stormegeddon is now in his list of names. I need to get him out of the fantasy realm where names are concerned.

    #2 and #9 in particular. ESPECIALLY #9, which is Think about the kid and not yourself. Might help him realize that your child is the only one who will have to grow up with this name, put this name on college applications and job applications, etc.

    My husband always jokes that it would be awesome to name a son Doctor. He brings it up a lot though....at least I hope he is joking! I agree, most title names are off limits, and could be a lot for the child to live up to!
