Ortensia is pretty. Felicitas would be a good middle name.

Here are the ones I think would work in the modern day and age on a little girl with a good nickname:

Donatella -- nn Dona, Nell, Nella, Nellie
Eponine -- I know twins named Eponin and Pandia. They go by Poe and Panda :P
    Ginevra -- nn Ginny
Hypatia -- my roommate is planning on naming is future daughter Hypatia Sophia Adele. nn Tia or Pia
Liliosa -- nn Lily or Lola
    Ortensia -- nn Tia
Palomina -- nn Pom, Lina, Lia
    Vevina -- nn Vivi

@Banomi - Thanks for your input!

@Dantea - "Poe" for Eponine, "Pia" for Hypatia, and "Pom" for Palomina are particularly noteworthy nickname prospects. Thank you for all the creative ideas!
