    Elowen?

    Hi again Berries!
How would you pronounce this name? I find myself saying el-oh-win. I know the meaning is "elm tree", which I find darling. Also any nicknames possible for this name, beside Ellie or Winnie?
    Thank you!

    I've always heard eel-oh-win.

Lulu? I say EH-lo-win which sort of turns into an "ooh" sound in the middle. This name is on my list

The correct pronunciation is el-O-ən, which rhymes with Rowan. Emphasis on the middle syllable. The ending definitely isn't 'win' so Win/Winnie is a bit of a stretch- imagine calling a Rowan 'Winnie' for short. Elle, Ello or Low could also be nicknames.

Thanks all! I'm still confused about pronunciation but I guess it depends on where you live or? Thanks for the nickname ideas!
