Is Willa or Willow your favorite?

I keep going back and fourth between these two. So I thought I would throw them out to you all and get your opinions on which one you prefer.

Willow, absolutely. I dunno why, but the first time I heard Willa I thought it sounded made up. Also, I have synesthesia, and W, L and I are all cold colors to me. "A" is a bright red, and just stands out in an unpleasant way. The O fits right in, because I see it as a deep, blue ocean color.

Sorry if I sound a bit crazy or like I'm on drugs, haha.

Willa for me has family connection, so I like it much better than Willow. Willow also seems really trendy to me, but that may just be because I hear people talking about it all the time on here. I love the nature connection though. Willow trees are my favorite. Willa seems more like a name for a human to me than Willow.

I personally like Willa better, if I were naming my own daughter, but I don't have any problem with Willow as a name. Just not right for my family. Of course, I would use neither for my own daughter, as my last name starts with a W and the alliteration is a little too silly!

    Thank you, all.

Michelle, I do not think you are crazy or on drugs. I actually knew someone that had synesthesia.
